Once you have cancelled your service open a support ticket to request a refund.
Refunds can not be processed for cryptocurrency payments or services not covered within our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.
If you've already claimed a refund previously, you will not be entitled to reclaim one as part of this guarantee.
